Throughout the past couple of years, my interest and dedication to environmental affairs rose as the corporate world also became more and more challenged by sustainability concerns. My curiosity regarding how this world is learning to adapt to very pressing environmental requirements led me to conduct numerous interviews with consulting firms, senior business executives and HR managers. Over the course of a few months, a few interviews turned into a whole collection of interviews, ranging from large to small companies. I was interested in learning more about sustainability in the corporate world; its place in the business strategy of a company and in particular how it impacted Human Resources.

Recognising a pattern in their words, I decided to act upon it, follow my intuition and give back to the corporate community what I have learned. All of this in hope of raising awareness about sustainability within the corporate leadership world, and to foster positive changes in the role of Human resources.  Ultimately, I also wanted to surface a new purpose for my career and potentially start to play my role in the transition towards a more sustainable world.

This website aims to showcase the key learnings of my research and to convey the different leadership strategies each company has in regards to sustainability. Also, we hope to pinpoint the areas where environmental policies need to be taken more seriously and hopefully present some feasible solutions.

What environment inspires you?

The mountains in summer with their forests, high peaks and rivers. The beauty, purity and energy inspire me and make me feel free. I love hiking and the immersion in nature.

What do you enjoy reading?

I like to diversify my readings.

Novels to escape, for the characters and the quality of writing.

Graphic novels: for the fantasy, the union of text and image, the suggestion of the characters

Books on personal growth: to learn from others, be inspired, evolve.

Who are your role models/ icons?

I didn't really have any during my life! But at the moment I would say  Marina Bozesan (engaged investor for sustainability), Richem Patel (founder of Avaaz) and Yannick Roudaut (triggered my awareness and encouraged me).
